Faced with continuously rising overseas orders of freeze dryer and freeze drying machine for fruit, meat, seafood and herbal processing, our factory completed construction and operation of a new exclusive assembly workshop for food-grade industrial freeze dryer.

The expanded workshop added multiple full-automatic assembly production lines for large industrial lyophilizer, dividing independent assembly zones for small bench-top freeze dryer and heavy-duty food vacuum freeze dryer separately.

We introduced new precision welding and mirror polishing equipment for food-grade drying chamber processing, improving sealing performance and inner surface smoothness of each lyophilization freeze dryer cavity to avoid food residue accumulation.

The new workshop built standardized independent food sample testing laboratories; every finished freeze drying machine will undergo 72-hour continuous food raw material lyophilization aging test before packaging and delivery.

After capacity expansion construction, monthly delivery quantity of industrial freeze dryer increases greatly, significantly shortening production lead time for global food factories purchasing bulk vacuum freeze dryer equipment.

We will keep investing in production equipment upgrading in the next few years, stably supplying qualified food-grade freeze dryer and lyophilizer to meet the growing freeze-drying equipment demand of global food processing industry.
