Operator‑skill‑levels vary widely among overseas‑clients. Some end‑users have zero prior freeze‑drying experience. Merely relying on paper‑manual‑documents creates high‑understanding‑threshold and mis‑operation after commissioning easily causes raw‑material‑loss. Ad‑hoc verbal online‑explanation by engineers cannot form knowledge‑inheritance; every time staff‑turnover occurs, repeated communication‑work is required for new‑operators.
Our training‑service‑division builds tiered online‑training‑resource‑system with three levels. Level‑one: commissioning‑entry‑training for newly‑assigned operators, covering start‑up & shutdown workflow, basic HMI‑operation, pre‑start‑up‑inspection and simple‑alarm‑handling to guarantee safe basic‑unit‑operation. Level‑two: dedicated daily‑maintenance‑training focusing on vacuum‑pump service, sealing‑part‑inspection, cold‑trap defrosting and spare‑part identification & replacement, equipping staff with equipment‑care‑skills. Level‑three: advanced‑process‑training for experienced‑technicians, explaining pretreatment‑logic, curve‑interpretation and minor‑process‑fine‑tuning ideas as well as basic freeze‑drying principles.
Resource‑package includes demonstration‑videos, illustrated operation‑documents and FAQ knowledge‑base. Clients select corresponding learning‑modules according to staff‑competence. Training‑materials can be reviewed repeatedly and serve as standardized learning‑kit during staff‑rotation and new‑employee on‑boarding.
Online‑training resources will not completely replace one‑on‑one remote‑guidance. Instead, general‑knowledge is solidified to resolve majority of basic‑questions. Engineers can allocate more time to handle complex‑faults and advanced‑process‑tuning, helping overseas‑clients build in‑house operational‑technical capabilities.
