Introduction
Stuffing mixers are commonly used in modern food processing, primarily for meat products, frozen foods, prepared foods, snack foods, and the catering industry. They quickly and evenly mix meat fillings, vegetable fillings, seasonings, and various other ingredients.
Mechanical mixing enhances the viscosity and elasticity of fillings, resulting in a smoother and more delicious final product (such as sausages, meatballs, dumplings, and buns). Some models also feature a vacuum mixing function. By mixing the fillings under vacuum, air bubbles are effectively extracted, preventing oxidation, preserving the vibrant color of the meat, and extending the shelf life of the product.

Working Principle
The stuffing mixer primarily operates through a mechanical transmission system that drives the mixing element:
Power Transmission:
After the motor starts, a speed reducer or other device reduces the speed and increases the torque, transferring power to the mixing shaft.
Uniform Mixing:
This motion ensures that all parts of the material are thoroughly mixed, resulting in a rapid and uniform blend of the meat filling, seasonings, starch, and other ingredients.
Mixing Movement:
In a typical dual-shaft stuffing mixer, the mixing chamber contains two mixing shafts with multiple fan-shaped blades or spiral coils.
These two shafts typically rotate in opposite directions, with the blades generally forming an angle of approximately 45 degrees with the shafts.
During rotation, the blades drive the material (filling) through a complex axial and radial motion within the chamber, causing the material to tumble back and forth and interpenetrate.
Functional Extensions:
Vacuum System: During mixing, the vacuum system extracts air from the mixing chamber, causing the material to tumble under negative pressure. This helps remove air bubbles, promotes protein extraction, and improves filling quality.
Forward and reverse control: Many stuffing mixers are equipped with forward and reverse functions, which can change the flow direction of the material, avoid mixing dead corners, make mixing more thorough, and facilitate discharging.

Product Advantages
1. Improved Quality and Yield:
Using uniform and efficient mechanical stirring, the filling is thoroughly mixed, increasing viscosity, enhancing elasticity, and creating a smoother texture. Vacuum stirring also removes air bubbles, helping to maintain a vibrant color, improve product quality, and extend shelf life.
2. Improved Production Efficiency:
Compared to manual stirring, automated mechanical stirring significantly reduces mixing time, is highly efficient, and is easy to operate. Its efficiency is equivalent to that of 10-20 workers simultaneously working manually, making it suitable for both batch and continuous production.
3. Flexible and Controllable Process:
Forward and reverse rotation ensures more uniform mixing and facilitates discharging. Adjustable vacuum level and stirring speed further meet diverse product and process requirements.
4. Safe and Hygienic Operation:
The entire machine is primarily constructed of SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards and easy to clean. The use of automatic control systems (such as pneumatic and PLC) reduces manual labor, ensuring safety and reliability.
