Working Principle
Most machines use an auger-driven pushing system to push the meat slurry from the hopper into the forming die, while a cutting system simultaneously cuts the extruded meat into meatballs. Some models simulate the process of manually forming meatballs with a spoon.

Suitable for making various types of meatballs, including pork, beef, fish, chicken, and vegetable meatballs, as well as solid or stuffed meatballs and seafood meatballs. The main equipment in a meatball production line includes a meat grinder, meat maker, stuffing mixer, chopper, meatball maker, forming tank, and frying equipment. Meatball machines are available with either mechanical or variable speed control. The molds can be changed to adjust the size of the meatballs.
