Working Principle:
The basic principle of industrial meat grinder is similar to that of commercial machine, but it achieves industrial-grade performance through enhanced design and additional functions. Its core process and key industrial features are as follows:

1. Feeding: Entire frames of frozen or fresh meat are automatically fed into the oversized feeding port via an elevator or conveyor.
2. Powerful Propulsion and Crushing: A heavy-duty auger rotates with tremendous torque, not only propelling the meat but also exerting intense pressure to initially crush and crush the frozen meat.
3. Cutting: The meat is pushed to the front where it is cut by high-strength alloy blades and a specially designed perforated plate. Industrial machines typically use a multi-stage mincing process (e.g., coarse mincing followed by fine mincing) to achieve optimal results.
4. Discharging and Interconnection: The minced meat is extruded and either directly dropped into a hopper or fed via a conveyor to the next unit (such as a chopper), enabling seamless, continuous production.
