JIAXIN has confirmed its production and delivery schedule for the fourth quarter. The schedule covers units currently in assembly, the production slots still open before the year end, and the shipping windows those slots correspond to.
Current production
Five units are in the workshop, covering 20 m² to 50 m² of shelf area. Two 50 m² chambers are in fabrication, one unit is mounted on its refrigeration skid, one is in electrical assembly, and one has entered final testing.
Weekly output is planned against confirmed orders. Machines are not built to stock, so a production slot is held only against a deposit and an approved drawing set.
Slots and lead time
The first available slot for a standard 20 m² unit is 16 October. A 50 m² unit can be scheduled from the first week of November. Standard lead time remains ten to twelve weeks from deposit and drawing approval, of which approximately eight weeks are workshop time.
For orders placed this month, dispatch falls in the second half of December. Customers who need a machine running before the end of the year should note that a December dispatch dates arrival in Europe to January, since sea freight alone takes 30 to 35 days.
Shipping windows
Two containers are planned for November and one for December. Transit is approximately 18 to 24 days to Southeast Asian ports and 30 to 35 days to Northern European ports, including customs clearance and inland haulage.
Where a customer's site is not yet ready, finished units can be held at the factory, crated and tested, until the installation date is confirmed.
What the schedule assumes
Three conditions hold a slot: the specification is fixed, the drawings are approved, and the utilities are confirmed. Voltage, phase and cooling water requirements are the items that most often change after a slot is booked, and each change moves the unit back in the queue.
Customers planning a project for the first quarter of 2027 can reserve a slot now without committing to a build date.
Service and spare parts
After-sales support runs from the same schedule. Spare parts and accessories are held in stock and dispatched separately from machine builds, so a seal or a sensor does not wait for a production slot.
Each order includes a recommended on-site spare kit sized to the machine and the application, and a spare parts list with supplier part numbers so that consumables can be sourced locally where that is faster.
