Recently, the complete tropical‑fruit freeze‑drying production line customized by a well‑known large Thai fruit‑processing group has finished assembly, joint debugging and customer on‑site acceptance at our manufacturing base. With mature fresh‑fruit supply‑chain resources, this group was troubled by insufficient capacity of old equipment, together with production pain points including product collapse, oil precipitation and low yield of freeze‑dried durian. Therefore, they invested in new production‑line procurement to expand processing capacity of freeze‑dried durian, mangosteen and longan. Finished goods are largely exported to consumer markets including China, Japan and South Korea.

Tailored for high‑sugar and high‑viscosity tropical raw‑materials in Thailand, this freeze dryer realizes shelf‑temperature uniformity within ±1℃, cold‑trap temperature down to ‑55℃ and automatic intermittent defrost function to prevent excessive frost from reducing water‑capturing efficiency. All product‑contact components including chamber inner wall, material trays and turnover frames are made of 304 food‑grade stainless steel with seamless polished welds to eliminate sanitary dead corners. Flexible production switch among durian, mangosteen, longan and mango is supported.

Client‑assigned technical engineers stayed at our factory and carried out full real‑material tests with locally‑sourced durian. Freeze‑dried durian samples showed full and intact shape, no obvious collapse or excessive oil precipitation, well‑retained fruit aroma. Moisture content and sensory indicators fully meet export‑grade commercial standards. Complete CE test reports, material certificates and HACCP supporting documents are delivered together, satisfying Thailand TIS standards and quarantine‑access requirements for exports to China.

After acceptance, anti‑rust protection, container loading and sea shipment will be arranged. Later our overseas engineers will travel to Thailand for on‑site positioning installation, commissioning, multi‑set tropical‑fruit process training and hands‑on operator teaching. Client teams will master daily operation, parameter adjustment and routine troubleshooting independently, ensuring smooth commissioning and expanding the client's export volume of tropical freeze‑dried fruits.
