Recently, the sales and technical team of Shandong Jiaxin Industrial Equipment held a remote video meeting with a food processing company, and the customer confirmed the order for a food freeze dryer after an online tour of the manufacturing facility.
The customer had intended to visit the factory in person, but the timing did not fit the production schedule at their own plant. Both sides agreed to carry out the inspection by video instead. During the call, the company's staff walked through the workshop with a camera and showed the vacuum freeze-drying equipment at several stages of assembly, explaining the structure of the machine, including the vacuum system, the refrigeration circuit and the control cabinet.
The equipment was then started for the customer and the basic operation of a fruit and vegetable freeze dryer was demonstrated: tray loading, freezing, evacuation, and the transition from primary to secondary drying. Based on the raw materials the customer plans to process, the team also presented a layout plan for a complete freeze-drying production line, covering the loading area, the dryer, the packing room and the utility connections.
Most of the session was given to the customer's questions. They asked about daily processing capacity, how the drying curve is adjusted for different fruits and vegetables, energy consumption per batch, what the workshop requires in floor space and services, the delivery lead time, and how on-site installation and operator training are handled. The technical team answered each point in turn, and where the expected output did not suit a single machine, proposed a configuration that would. Production cases from similar projects were shown to illustrate cycle times on comparable products.
After the parameters were verified a second time and the layout confirmed, the customer reviewed the contract terms and placed the order. The machine is now scheduled in the production workshop, with assembly and inspection carried out to the company's standard procedure and a full commissioning run completed before delivery.
The after-sales team will contact the customer before shipment to arrange installation, operator training and maintenance guidance, so that the production line can start without a gap after commissioning.
