Correct Operating Procedures
Before using the crate washing machine, carefully read the instruction manual and strictly follow the operating procedures. Before starting the machine, check that all components are functioning properly, such as whether the power supply is connected, the spray system is working correctly, and the transmission parts are flexible. During operation, operators must not leave their posts and must closely monitor the machine's operating status. If any abnormal sounds, odors, or other abnormalities are detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before resuming operation. After the machine has finished operating, follow the prescribed shutdown procedure: turn off the power and drain the cleaning solution.

Appropriate Selection of Cleaning Solution
Select the appropriate cleaning solution based on the material of the crates being cleaned and the type of dirt. Different crate materials have different tolerances to cleaning solutions. For example, some plastic crates may not be suitable for strong alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions, as this may cause deformation or damage. Also, pay attention to the concentration of the cleaning solution; too high a concentration may corrode the crates, while too low a concentration will affect the cleaning effect. Before using a new cleaning solution, it is best to test it on a small number of baskets first to observe the cleaning effect and any adverse reactions.

Basket Placement Guidelines When placing baskets into the basket washing machine, pay attention to the placement guidelines. Baskets should be arranged neatly to avoid squeezing or colliding with each other, which could affect the cleaning effect or damage the baskets. For baskets with special shapes or structures, special clamps or fixing devices may be needed to secure them and prevent them from shaking or shifting during the washing process, leading to uneven cleaning. At the same time, pay attention to the load-bearing capacity of the basket washing machine; do not exceed the maximum load specified by the equipment to avoid affecting the normal operation and service life of the equipment.

Safety Precautions There are certain safety risks during the operation of the basket washing machine; therefore, effective safety precautions must be taken. The equipment should be equipped with safety doors, guardrails, and other safety devices to prevent operators from coming into contact with moving parts during operation and causing accidental injury. Operators should wear necessary protective equipment, such as work clothes and protective gloves, when operating the equipment. In addition, the equipment should be properly grounded to prevent electric shock accidents. When performing maintenance or repair operations on equipment, the power must be disconnected first, and warning signs such as "Under maintenance, do not turn on" must be hung on the equipment to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
