Pre-start Inspection Checklist of Freeze Dryer

Operators must carry out systematic pre-start inspection before feeding raw materials and starting freeze dryer. For food freeze dryer, the inspection items include: check main power supply and electric control cabinet without alarm; check cooling water flow and water pressure; inspect vacuum pump oil level and oil quality; check chamber door sealing ring for dirt and damage; confirm temperature sensors and vacuum sensors work normally. Vacuum freeze drying equipment cannot start production if any abnormal item is found during inspection. This set of inspection workflow can discover hidden risks in advance, prevent unexpected shutdown in the middle of freeze drying batch, reduce raw material waste, and guarantee smooth operation of fruit and vegetable freeze dryer and freeze drying production line. All inspection items should be recorded in equipment log book for later review.
