Loading: Place the baskets to be washed smoothly into the feed end of the basket washer, and the equipment will begin automatic operation.
Pre-wash: A preliminary rinse is performed to remove large particles and some surface dust from the baskets.
Main Wash: Deep cleaning is carried out in a high-pressure hot water environment with the help of cleaning agents. This stage may include alkaline water rinsing and high-pressure hot water spraying to dissolve and remove stubborn stains from the surface and crevices of the baskets.
Rinsing: The baskets are rinsed multiple times with clean water to thoroughly remove any residual cleaning agents and dirt, ensuring the baskets meet cleanliness requirements.
Disinfection (Optional): Some advanced models are equipped with a disinfection stage, using disinfectant spray or ultraviolet light, ozone, etc., to disinfect the baskets and ensure they meet hygiene and epidemic prevention standards.
Drying (Optional): Some equipment also has a drying area, using hot or cold air to accelerate the evaporation of moisture from the basket surface, reducing moisture problems during subsequent storage or use.
Unloading: The cleaned baskets are automatically sent out from the discharge end, and the staff remove them, sort them, and put them into storage.
