1. Pre-operation Preparation

Equipment Inspection: Before using the fryer, carefully inspect all components to ensure they are in good working order, including the heating system, stirring device (if applicable), and temperature control system. Ensure there are no damaged or loose parts to prevent malfunctions during use.

Cleaning: Before each use, thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the fryer to remove any oil stains and food residue left from the previous use. This not only ensures food hygiene but also extends the lifespan of the equipment.

Power Connection: Confirm that the fryer's power cord is correctly connected to a stable power source and check that the power switch is working properly. Avoid using the fryer in humid or unstable environments to prevent electric shock or short circuits.

2. Precautions During Use

Oil Temperature Control: Set and control the oil temperature appropriately according to the type and requirements of the food being fried. Excessively high oil temperatures may cause food to burn on the outside but remain raw inside, or even cause a fire; while excessively low oil temperatures will cause food to absorb too much oil, affecting taste and health. Therefore, it is essential to closely monitor oil temperature changes and adjust accordingly.

Add the appropriate amount of oil: Add the appropriate amount of cooking oil to the fryer, avoiding both excessive and insufficient oil. Excessive oil increases energy consumption and costs, and also hinders even heating of food; insufficient oil may cause the equipment to overheat or be damaged. Generally, the oil level should at least cover more than half of the food.

Stir regularly: For foods that require long frying times, stir regularly to ensure even heating and browning. This not only improves the taste and quality of the food but also prevents burning due to localized overheating.

Prevent fires: During use, always be aware of flammable materials nearby and ensure there are sufficient fire extinguishers available. In case of any abnormality (such as smoke, fire, etc.), immediately disconnect the power and use fire extinguishers to put out the fire.

Personal protection: Operators should wear appropriate protective equipment, such as high-temperature resistant gloves, masks, and goggles. This protective equipment can effectively protect operators from high-temperature oil splashes and steam.

3. Post-operation handling

Turn off the power: After use, promptly turn off the power switch of the fryer and unplug it. Allow the equipment to cool completely before proceeding with further cleaning and maintenance.

Residue Removal: Clean out any remaining oil and food scraps from the fryer, and wash the equipment with warm water and detergent. Pay special attention to cleaning easily clogged parts such as the heating element and filter.

Maintenance: Regularly maintain and service the fryer, including replacing worn parts, checking the electrical wiring for safety, and lubricating mechanical components. These measures will ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
